Accounts must choose returnable or nonreturnable and all future orders will be processed on that basis.

Special Non-Returnable Discount Schedule:

Any quantity               55%

Returnable and Nonreturnable titles cannot be combined for quantity discount.

Books on Demand orders are billed at a 20% non-returnable discount.

Back-Order Policy: If a book is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will back-order (unless no back-orders are requested) and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Back-orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping. Back-orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground, free freight.

Special Offers: Books obtained through special offers (i.e., closeouts, seasonal promotions) are not returnable and are not eligible for the extra nonreturnable discount.

Returns policy: Full refund available within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase and undamaged book in resale condition. No returns accepted after one year. Claims or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
